ahaha

So there's this site, Baby's Named A Bad, Bad Thing, and it's pretty funny, this person making fun of stupid baby names, and here's my favorite bit:
"i named my daughters differently,

(as opposed to naming them the same? "...and these are my daughters, Brandy.")

...the younger one is kryslyn (like chrislynn)

Death to all vowels! The Ministry of Truth says vowels are plus undoublethink. Vowels are a Eurasian plot! Big Brother, leading us proles to victory!"

And SNL is on rerun, which sucks.
I was watching Santa Claus Conquers The Martians, for a bit, and ahh dear God that's...it's...well, here's one of my favorite lines:Earth has had Santa for too long. And, apparently, Martians are humans with bad face makeup and wacky helmets. They have to consult this one wise, all knowing dude (I guess?) with the problem that all the Mars children. Because the Martian children watch too much Earth TV. HOW ARE THEY GETTING EARTH TV? Crazy signals and whatnot? Anyway, they're all like, dude what's up with dat? And he's (sidenote: my mom just told me to turn the volume down on the tv (she sleeps onthe couch in the living room and the computer is in the living room and then asked, 'what are you tyyping' and I said, 'iunno i'm just typing...is that alright?' and then she went all, OF COURSE IT'S ALL RIGHT DON'T HAVE A ATTITUDE WITH ME. parents are crazy.) he's all, "Hmm. What time of year is it?" and the Martian leader was all, "it's SEPTOBER." He didn't say it in caps. That was me. SEPTOBER. Why would Martians have SIMILIAR SOUNDING MONTHS? Also, he was a totally incompetent leader. Instead of, oh I donno, making up their own crazy Christmas or whatnot, they decide to steal Earth's Santa. GEEEENIUS.
Ack, Jonas Brothers. SNL Rerun. Still, I did enjoy Andy Samberg calling the Jonas Brothers 'Highlanders'. For the Digital Short.
I wanna talk about this trip-thing I'm going on but tomorrow. Because I'm gonna go watch Farscape. On the internet. i quite like it.

hallo

So my weekend was great even thought it ended.
Guess who was at school for most of today? ME. BWAHAHA.
I made a little amigurumi something. Originally, I was trying to make a rhino but it didn't pan out so I have a gray little...thing. Blake has literally been threatening me to make him Bender. Like, cornering me and shaking fists. I'll get on that. And I wanna make a Zoidberg for Kodycakes. What I really want to crochet is Optimus Prime. But I need to make a scarf or something for a teacher friend of mine who's birthday was today. That Bernat Boa Yarn looks pretty and would make a nice scarf, I think.
It's not like I'm obsessed with the Jonas Brothers or anything (I'm not. Let this be put on the record.) but lately they've been on everything I'm watching. Thursday: Letterman. Friday: Conan. Saturday: SNL. Wayyy too much Jonas. Anyway, a few observations: How many are there? Three? Okay, one of them is 16...18...and 21. Hey. He's old enough to buy beer. They have names that I keep forgetting or mixing up. Joe? Mike? K...Kyle? He looks like a Kyle. Kevin...and Nick. Huh. Okay. On both talk shows they put them in youngest-to-oldest from the host. So it went 16-18-21 from Letterman/Conan. The littlest one talked more. I don't like the little one. I call him the Young, Stupid, Pretty One. Then there's 18. The Rebel one. I think he thinks he's some sort of a rebel. Also, he's got Straight Hair. And he thinks he's funny. He's the Hot One, I think? There's the oldest. On the talk shows he looked fat when he sat down but on SNL he wasn't fat. Anyway. He's the Funny One. Also, he has sideburns.
Sidenote: Blake just stopped me so I could buzzcut his hair for JROTC. I've never done this before. Weird..
Anyway. Jonas. I don't get them. Yeah, they're cute. Their music sucks. They wear weird, complicated outfits...ohmigod they're the male Hannah Montana x 3. Woah. Both Letterman and SNL did a "fourth Jonas" joke but I liked SNL's better. Alec Baldwin as Gary Jonas, older then the Oldest One by 2 years? Lols to the 4th power. Even though Letterman had a funny Top Ten for the Jonas's...Jonas'...Jonassss? Dunno. If I was playing Screw, Marry or Kill with Jonas as the topic...the middle one, the oldest one, and the young one, respectively.
There's like nothing on TV. Bahhr. I keep on hoping that Kody will get on Messenger so I could talk to him. I've been missing him lately. I keep on thinking...oh, me and Kody used to do this. Like going to Albertson's at 10 o clock at night and wandering around. Who else will do that with me? Or...randomly ordering a pizza. Or...watching MASH or Stargate on DVD. Now it's me and Blake watching Quantum Leap and Transformers: Animated on DVD. Oh god. I miss my older brother so much. Because I'd be late for school and he'd be late for school and he'd be all, 'meh'. Because he made going to the stupid school plays fun. (Damnit, I have to go to the stupid school plays. 'cuz I'm in Theatre class. Last time, for Three Musketeers, I actually got up and left during the show because it was THREE AND HALF HOURS LONG by the time I left.) Because of the way he'd say, "Fix it fix it, 'lyssa." Because he liked cupcakes and cookies without frosting and I'd always make some without frosting just for him. Because he was nicer to me when Blake wasn't around. Because of the way he'd say, Doctor Whoooo? Kody, kody, why'd you have to go and join the goddamned Navy and leave us? Leave me? Because of the way when I'd be sad he'd try and cheer me up. And fail. Admittedly, Blake does a hell of a lot better job at cheering me up after a bad weekend at Dad's when I've been in my room just sobbing, Blake comes in and cracks a joke.
Gotta go look up pics of Optimus Prime and see if I can convert him to a crochet pattern.

AHHHH

Watching SNL, flipping back between channels (Doctor Who is on; Martha ep, weird I haven't seen it..) and I had flipped back to SNL and it was a MacGruber sketch and I was all, whee, I love Macgruber skits and then Macgruber says to the Other Guy, "New guy, what's your name?" and RICHARD DEAN FUCKING ANDERSON turns around in a mullet wig and goes, "Macgyver!" and then do a bit about how Macgyver vs. Macgruber, hair and name. I was too busy squeeling and screaming in delight. And then the second bit came on I was all, macgyyyyvverrrr. MacGyver is my ONETRUELOVE. LURRRVE.

saturday saturday

At my dad's. Some neighbour's dog is barking like flipping crazy. Shut up.
I couldn't find Inkheart online to watch so I watched Slumdog Millionaire, which was really super good.
Me and my friends have been bitching about the casting of Brendan Fraser as Mo in Inkheart. BF just doesn't look we'd pictured Mo in the book. I was on IMDB.com and one of the trivia things was something like, Brendan Fraser was Cornelia Funke's personal choice for the role of Silvertongue, as he was her inspiration for the character. She even dedicated the second novel of the trilogy to him and sent him a signed copy. The producers originally wanted a bigger Hollywood star but on the insistence of Funke they gave in and accepted him in the role. I was all, WHAT. UP. And I didn't believe it, until I got out Inkspell and the dedication says, "To Brendan Fraser, whose voice is the heart of this book. Thanks for the inspiration and enchantment. Mo wouldn't have stepped into my writing room without you, and this story would never have been told." WTF? I mean...I like Brendan Fraser and all? The Mummy was good and he was funny on Scrubs but Journey to Center of Earth (that's not event the right title, I care that little) sucked so terribly it was painful, I had to leave the theatre. (Luckily, it was the dollar theatre and initially, we came to see...Wall-E I think, or Mamma Mia. (which both also sucked)) Uh, anyway. I think Cornelia Funke's just got the hots for Brendan Fraser. Blake was all, you know what this means? Without Brendan Fraser there would be NO INKHEART. I was all, dear god man, you're right!
...
what else...
I am trying to crochet socks but I don't think I'm doing it right, or have the right yarn or hook or whatever. Man, I want some socks. Also I am trying to make a sweater but I keep messing up, counting things wrong and shit. Damn.
And dad's tv channels just went out. Goddamn, SNL is on tonight and Steve Fucking Martin is on. I WILL NOT MISS THIS.

bah

This is me, angry and alone at my dad's house. Angry because I'm all alone. Dad went out with his girlfriend like HA SURPIRSE last night. I see him every other goddamned weekend and all he does in his free time is see Sandy and watch football. Gosh dad I love ya too. Coild I be any less obvious about, too? Being grumbliy and not looking at him and asking him to buy me stuff? He asked what we wanted for dinner, Pizza or what kids? I just watched Quantum Leap and mumbled, I don't care I don't know whatever, Arby's, Get me a Pepsi. Don't you have something to drink, AJ? Don't got to Pepsi, Dad.
So he brought it home and then left. Like 5 o clock. Blake left at 7. Goddamn goddamnit. I hate this. I hate it when they leave me alone and his TV is crap and I don't even have internet friends. I'm so angry and all I want to do is eat a cake. I'm on a fucking diet; I eat when I feel bad so screw it. I want a fripping cake. Or some chocolate. But I would kill for a cake. Or, oh god, some cupcakes. Holy shit I want some fucking cupcakes. I want to eat cupcakes and watch Quantum Leap until 11:3-, when I want to eat cupcakes and watch SNL. Which maybe I can't even do that because dad's TV is shit and we got no cable and for some reason today he's not picking up NBC. Motherfucker.
Sam is coroner./Mortician. He looks good in black and white. Last night I was watching this with Blake--till about 3 in the morning-- and now he likes QL, and he said the same things I did: What the hell is Al wearing and why is Sam a dumbass? Anyway, he now likes QL, but mostly for Al. I loves me Sam but there's something about Al.
My hair is too long. I just want to take some scissors to it. Fucking fuck.
I'm not even looking at the screen as I type this. I've got the keyboard on my lap and I'm faced at the TV. Hnn.
I want to wall some where but why and where to and Dad'd come home and not find me and be pissed. Not worth it.
It's just so quiet. And not so sane to talk to TV characters like I am.
Fuggetaboutit. I'm going to google cutting hair and making cupcakes from scratch,.
