Today was a good day. I shall explain:
I slept well. I know I had some sort of dream, it was pleasant and no one was savagely eaten by bears (which happened in my dream on Monday, it was fucking terrifying, but not just for that reason) and my mom called me at 7:40 and told me to go to school. I wasn't late.
I looked good. I mean sometimes I look fine and sometimes I look awful and sometimes I look alright but damn, I looked good today. So I wore my black combat boots and black pants and my 'City Built on Rock and Roll' shirt, which is also black (natch), and wore my hair with some of it clipped back (so i could BREATHE) and black eyeliner. Shit. No joke, I felt & looked damn fine. Of course, stepping out into the sun was hell, since it's like 98 here, and the boots paired with the socks that slip off my heels was no good idea-since about 5th hour I realized I had blisters on my heels from the shoe rubbing against it. STILL.
I was just kind of happy- weirdly. Well, after lunch (which was a muffin and some pain killers, ha). And today Super Wal-Mart opened here and I was NOT planning on going but Heather called to bring me along and I figured we might as well get it over with. So I had to change into blue shorts and my shirt with the TARDIS on it since it's grey.
I got a NERF SWORD. At Super Wal-Mart. And then me and Heather battled them outside of Wal-Mart and we've got a duel set tomorrow after school at the park. Aha!
THE POST CAME. Well. THE MAIL. HERE'S THE MAIL IT NEEVER FAILS...yeh, you get the idea. ANYWAY. I had rushed home during lunch to get pills and get back in time for pizza at the SPAM meeting (no pizza left, aw) but I was in a terrible mood, I felt like shit and it was so hot, so I was arhh mail BUT I got my IPOD and my PAYCHECK YAYY. And I've mostly figured this iPod thing out. For one thing it's fugging huge. Like, it's heavy and rather large and it's 80 gb and refurbished- at Super Wal-Mart Heather was like this close to buying an iPod for herself and I was like, girl shop ONLINE for it, like I did, and then she mocked my iPod for being large and 80 gb while the one we saw at the store was small and 120. Like wha.
I'm putting Help! and A Hard Day's Night on my iPod and I'm downloading Yellow Submarine so I can put that on there, too. Oh, and A Very Potter Musical. And I downloaded George Harrison's song When We Was Fab because it keeps getting stuck in my head. The keyboard bit is catchy. Now I'm looking for All Of My Love by Led Zep cos it's I like it. or just a Led Zep album I think I'll go with. Yeah. Mothership. I am, apparently, going to waste all my money on iTunes, it's deceptively simple to buy music. AH! See? Just spent like 13 bucks. On music. Whatthehell. Okay, well it was 24 songs. Mhmm. Better.
Whenever I see the George Harrison album art in my iTunes library, I go "GEORGE!". Always. Just like whenever I see a picture of Ringo I go, 'oh ringo'. I like Ringo the best cus he's the only Beatles I'm absolutely frigging positive that's alive, oh ha ha ha. And his laugh. :D
